As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Contracts Administrator in our Interiors Segment business located in Winston-Salem, NC.

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Contracts, the Contracts Administrator will help support the management of our contracts.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist with the preparation of routine agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, contract amendments and contract extensions.
  • Review contracts to ensure they are complete, error-free and ready to be distributed to external and internal customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and expirations and notify the Contracts team of any and all relevant deadlines.
  • Arrange and oversee document execution and distribute executed documents.
  • Manage the contract approval process via SharePoint to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Administer and maintain the SharePoint contract database by entering contracts content, downloading/uploading contracts, organizing the database and auditing the database for errors.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports of contract activity based on awarded programs and the contract content within the contracts databases.
  • Organize and maintain agreement files.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to liaison and build rapport with customers and suppliers requiring ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Able to hold company information in a highly confidential manner.
  • Experience with managing database content in SharePoint, MS Access or similar intra-company databases.
  • Knowledge of contractual language a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a solid attention to detail with strong communication skills, including written skills in proofing and copy/content editing.
  • Ability to create and analyze reports.
