As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Arch IT Bus Analysis in our Corporate IT function located in Winston-Salem, NC.





Reporting to the Manager – IT Bus Analysis, the Arch IT Bus Analysis analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow.                                    




  • Participates in the development, implementation and support of SAP solutions that support all aspects of Financial Accounting
  • Works primarily with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Banking modules of SAP with additional involvement in the Vertex tax engine
  • Manages complex projects such as development, maintenance, and enhancement of business system applications.
  • Takes active part in resolving highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects.
  • Develops system standards to maintain smooth operation and technical feasibility alternatives to system problems.
  • Coaches and trains others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics to support business integration / alignment activities.
  • Acts as a liaison between applications analyst/programmers and business sponsors.
  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with enterprise tools / applications
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements with an "enterprise first" thinking
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications to meet business requirements





  • Bachelor’s degree from a four- year university in Information Technology or similar field plus eight years of relevant experience – OR- an equivalent combination of education and experience





  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience providing technical support for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module
  • Experience providing technical support for SAP Controlling (CO) module
