As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a 2019 Intern – Human Resources in our Seating New Equipment team in Winston-Salem, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop a robust on-boarding/orientation process for all new hires
  • Partner with HR COE’s (talent acquisition, compensation, HRIS) to support key projects
  • Analyze HR business processes

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum GPA  of 3.0
  • Completion of sophomore year
  • Enrollment in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program for the Fall 2019 semester in Human Resources

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

•       Previous internships, research or project experience in relevant field
