Major Job Duties, Assignments, Tasks, Projects, etc.

  • Prepares monthly journal entries, maintains and reconciles general ledger
  • Function as primary contact for inter-company payables, receivable and expense transfers.
  • Prepares and completes balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual budget files
  • Assists in the development and documentation of accounting procedures and controls.
  • Provide monthly Budget to Actual explanations for departmental expenses.
  • Prepares data and pivot files using Excel.
  • Creates ad-hoc JDE downloads as required.


Minor Job Duties, Assignments, Tasks, Projects, etc.

  • Assists in SOX compliance audits, internal and external audits.
  • Gathers and files monthly AMEX P-Card statements
  • Other duties and projects as needs arise.




  • Minimum GPA  of 3.0
  • Completion of sophomore year
  • Enrollment in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program for the Fall 2019 semester in Finance or Accounting at an accredited universivity




  • Demonstration of effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function in a team environment with multi-disciplinary members
  • Previous internships, research or project experience in relevant field is helpful, but not required
