As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Human Resources Representative in our Toulouse, France location.




Reporting to the UK-based HR Manager, the Human Resources Representative will partner with business leaders in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives. The Human Resources Representative supports our Toulouse, France site.



  • Participate in the recruitment process by discussing staffing needs with line managers, completing position requisitions and postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing applicants through the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Prepare, terminate and amend employment contracts
  • Onboard new starters including conducting new hire orientation, benefits orientation, and ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the organization
  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations problems. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on Human Resources matters
  • Communicate with associates to answer questions relating to employment, benefits, career advancement, etc; elevate issues to Human Resources Manager as appropriate
  • Conduct routine salary administration and data management tasks; administer sick leave; update benefit plan changes as required; coordination of vocational training
  • Ensure highest level of customer service is provided to managers and employees and help team to consistently apply company policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws
  • Implement policy changes and corporate training programs as required
  • Maintain current knowledge of French labor law; respond to government and legal requests
  • Act as a change agent in a fast paced environment; engage with managers and employees to respond to a variety of dynamic priorities
  • Perform other related duties as required to develop and drive the business forward



  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience recruiting non-exempt/hourly employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven skills in the areas of initiative, individual leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and facilitation

  • Knowledge of French employment law and Human Resource policies/practices



  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with employee relations
  • HR experience working within a manufacturing or assembly facility
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and prior experience working with HR information systems
  • Experience supporting a technical client group
  • Experience training, developing and coaching employees and managers
