As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Accounting/Payroll Specialist position located in New Berlin, WI.




The Accounting/Payroll Specialist will have the responsibility for timely and accurately processing the company’s A/P invoices. The Specialist will also be responsible for the accurate submittal of the Company’s Payroll hours.




  • Payroll: ADP time-keeping management
  • Weekly monitoring of non-exempt employee hours; exception reporting.
  • Bi-weekly submittal of payroll hours to Corporate
  • Daily entry of invoices & fixed expenses; PO 3-way match.
  • Vendor account statement reconciliation
  • Weekly check runs
  • Filing of invoices
  • Reconciling the “Received not Invoiced” report monthly
  • Entry and assistance with the reconciliation of the Return to Vendor account; Debit Invoices.
  • Record month-end journal entries; i.e.: Temp and Contractors, Utilities, Rent, etc.





  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • High attention to detail




  • Associates Degree in Accounting
