As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Electrical Engineer in our Beverage Maker Products business located in Lenexa, Kansas. 



Reporting to the Manager of Software & Electrical Engineering the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for work with an interdisciplinary engineering team to develop electrical requirements to meet product design goals.




  • Develop electrical and electronic projects to meet stated design requirements.
  • Develop requirements for the electrical interfaces of mechatronic designs.
  • Design electrical hardware for 3-phase power switching, sensor interfaces, digital and analog signals.
  • Design electrical schematics, select components, design and review layouts of PCB assemblies.
  • Lead design reviews of electrical systems to assess new product development readiness.
  • Develop test methods and procedures to validate electrical designs against requirements.
  • Analyze qualification requirements and define test methods to satisfy airworthiness qualification needs.
  • Support reporting of test results in all phases of product development.
  • Troubleshoot electrical qualification, manufacturing and field failures for root cause and design improvements.
  • Communicate design needs to supply chain and work with suppliers to meet defined electrical design requirements.
  • Other duties may be assigned.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university;
  • Three (3) years Electrical/Electronic experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university;
  • Five (5) years Electrical/Electronic experience and/or training
  • Experience with Airworthiness DO 160
