Our Lenexa facility specializes in the production of Oxygen Life Support Systems and Galley Inserts Beverage Maker Products. Our Oxygen and Beverage Maker small parts assembly manufacturing, focuses on safety and quality products production into the field for aircraft crew and passengers. 

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Customer Service Representative in our Beverage Maker Products business located in Lenexa, Kansas. 


Reporting to the Manager of Contracts & Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative receives and processes complex customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints. Incumbents utilize knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.


  • Records and processes customer orders and/or inquiries demonstrating analysis, sound judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs.
  • Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
  • Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Checks and approves credit within established limitations, and confirms orders.
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
  • Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected orders.
  • Interacts with Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Production and Philippines staff, daily.
  • Following general instructions, with some discretion as to work details, coordinates assigned activities involved in accepting, monitoring and performing contracts and subcontracts between company and customers. 
  • Monitors company performance on contractual obligations. 
  • Provides liaison between customer and company personnel with regard to contract commitments, modifications and revisions and responsiveness.
  • Monitors company performance on contractual obligations. 
  • Performs other related duties as required.


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university;
  • Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple assignments running concurrently for timely, high quality results
  • Must be able to lift 10 lbs. 


  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where exact protocols may not exist
  • Moderate to strong math and numbers skills / very analytical
