As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Summer Intern 2019 – Engineer in our Interior Systems Water/Waste Systems business located in Everett, Washington.

The Rockwell Collins Interior Systems Summer Intern Program affords students the ability to:

  • Access and work with state-of-the-art equipment
  • Learn and gain practical experience in a hands-on environment
  • Work on projects and programs currently in progress at Rockwell Collins Interior Systems, which allows the intern to apply knowledge that contributes to the overall business

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Design and perform engineering testing and qualification testing
  • Create and complete engineering test procedures and reports
  • Work with Engineering changes and updates
  • Design test scripts or equipment

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completion of sophomore year
  • Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program for the Fall 2019 semester in related field (BS or MS in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Software Engineering)
  • Available for a 12 week commitment between May – August 2019. 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • MS Office
  • MS Visio
  • LabView
  • SolidWorks or NX
  • Multimeter
  • Oscilloscope
  • Calipers and shop tools
