The Lavatories & Water/Waste Systems division of Rockwell Collins is the sole source lavatory provider for the Boeing 737 MAX program. As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including 2018 Summer Intern in Customer Service for our Lavatories & Water/Waste Systems division of Rockwell Collins located in Everett, WA.

  • Evaluate department Roles & Responsibilities and offer suggestions.
  • Become familiar with aerospace by engaging with internal & external customers (such as Boeing and the Airlines).
  • Develop skills such as the following:  customer service, prioritizing, organizing, planning and expediting.
  • Opportunity to experience business demands (Planning, Orders, Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Invoicing, and reconciliations with finance and customers)





  • Interested in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Customer Service
  • Degree requirements suggested, but not limited to, are as follows:
    • General Business
    • Marketing and/or Supply Chain
    • Program Management
    • Sales





  • Demonstration of effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function in a team environment with multi-disciplinary members.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Confident and comfortable talking to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to take on projects with little direction and assist others when needed.
