We design to manufacture honeycomb composite panels and have build to print capabilities, as well as the ability to provide value added services, and custom details including curved panels. Our panels are used in lavatories, furniture, inflight systems within the aerospace industry. As part of the Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Interiors team (ALCI) selected for the Boeing 737 Modular Lavatory, we manufacture the panels for this 10 year $800 million contract.


As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Quality Assurance Manager in our Interior Systems business located in Corona, CA.




Reporting to the Business Unit Director the Manager, Quality Assurance will plan, coordinate and direct a unit responsible for quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production of product consistent with established standards.




  • Develops, administers and maintains quality assurance procedures and activities required to ensure that the company's products are in compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage the process of visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and materials to conform to established standards of quality, either in the raw state or after various stages of manufacturing.
  • Oversee the use of various kinds of gauges and measuring instruments and the application of standardized tests.
  • Develop product quality test standards and specifies test equipment and procedures; may test apparatus and equipment for conformance to electrical, mechanical and other requirements using various kinds of electrical and mechanical test equipment.
  • Manage quality control and inspection procedures for receipt of materials, in-process and final acceptance activities.
  • Schedules and controls inspection activities.
  • Participates in design review meetings to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations.
  • Reviews quality control requirements with customer representative assuring compliance with requirements; works with customer quality control representatives to coordinate inspection and acceptance activities.
  • Reviews contractually required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Performs special assignments related to product support requiring the gathering and analysis of data.
  • Establishes and maintains calibration procedures for instrumentation to assure traceability of instrumentation.
  • Performs other related duties as required.



  • Directly supervises exempt and/or nonexempt associates.
  • May also manage subordinate supervisor(s) who supervises exempt and nonexempt associates.
  • Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.



  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and minimum five years related experience and/or training.
  • Three years’ previous experience successfully supervising/managing a team of direct reports.
  • Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  •  Experience working in ISO9000/AS9100 regulated environments.




  • Experience working with composite materials.
  • Experience implementing/working with Quality tools including PPAP & APQP
  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Desire to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead projects to make improvements to processes, procedures, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders; Ability to build strong relationships.
