We design to manufacture honeycomb composite panels and have build to print capabilities, as well as the ability to provide value added services, and custom details including curved panels. Our panels are used in lavatories, furniture, inflight systems within the aerospace industry. As part of the Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Interiors team (ALCI) selected for the Boeing 737 Modular Lavatory, we manufacture the panels for this 10 year $800 million contract.

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Manufacturing Engineer in our Interior Systems Business located in Corona, CA.





Reporting to the Operations Manager the Manufacturing Engineer will perform standard engineering assignments representing a significant portion of a larger project.  Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations.




  • Participates as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment.
  • Provides technical leadership to a small group of temporarily assigned engineers and technicians. 
  • Ensures successful completion of the assigned projects phase within budgeted time and cost constraints.  
  • Participates in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.
  • Leads documentation of projects such as A3’s, Root Cause Analysis and other problem solving tools. 
  • Creates manufacturing flowcharts.
  • Performs capacity analysis, manpower forecast and factory layout for the
  • Evaluate tooling and equipment requirements and develop Capital Equipment Requisitions based on business needs.
  • Develop new processes to comply with EHS.




  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; and five-to-eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including the following:
    • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple suppliers to deliver positive value to the organization.
    • Experience with MRP / ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.





  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, especially aerospace.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor market conditions.
  • Experience working in large organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Desire to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead projects to make improvements to processes, procedures, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders; Ability to build strong relationships.
