Our Philippines facility, being the first B/E manufacturing site in Asia, is engaged in manufacturing and assembly of Lavatory, Galley and Galley Insert products for the commercial aircraft segment.


As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Customer Service Representative - I in our Refrigeration business located in FPIP, Tanauan Batangas, Philippines.



The Customer Service Representative - I has the following duties:

  • A customer service representative, or CSR, will enter orders required by customers (internal & external), will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that orders might face with accuracy and efficiency set in the system.
  • Monitor and enter customer orders
  • Screen POs & contracts for discrepancy and inconsistency
  • Update JDE fields for smooth order processing
  • Inform other departments of order requirements and probably order risk
  • Coordinate with internal & external customers Ph manufacturing requirements.
  • Follow instructions & guidelines set my management.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets (KPI).
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.




To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Educated to A Level Standard or equivalent Engineering, Aerospace or Business Degree or equivalent desirable
  • Knowledge of processing orders in manufacturing and distribution environments
  • Processes the ability to track, process, and update orders
  • Excellent ability to handle customer orders via email, fax, and snail mail.
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Highly skilled to maintain records of the orders processed, received, and delivered
  • Possesses multitasking abilities
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in diverse working environments
