Our Philippines facility, being the first B/E manufacturing site in Asia, is engaged in manufacturing and assembly of Lavatory, Galley and Galley Insert products for the commercial aircraft segment.


As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Analyst I - Finance in our Beverages business located in FPIP, Tanauan Batangas, Philippines.



The Analyst I - Finance has the following duties:

  • Ensure accuracy and control on inventory costing and process.  This includes managing inventory and metrics for E&O support, aging, cycle counting.  Also quantifies the effort to reuse E&O components from the non-Emerge to the Emerge product.
  • Monitor and report on receipts routing issues, MRB, location setup and usage, including unusual locations (NONE, ISO, etc.) and phantom parts.
  • Perform BOM cost analysis and actions on all levels (purchase parts, make parts, phantom parts) to ensure accuracy in rolled-up BOM costs and linkage to Work Order variances are explainable.
  • Quantify and coordinate with Supply Chain on cost savings details for overall cost down target achievement and on justification of make-buy and resourcing decisions.
  • Monitor and report on Work Order variances and statuses.  Ensure variance explanations are communicated to Product Line Controller and Planning functions for correction of go-forward BOMs, routings, usages, etc.
  • Responsible for intra-branch transaction between Branch 1 and Branch 2 (costing, and quantity integrity)
  • Ensure controls on manual (non-standard) inventory adjustments and processes.  Perform pareto analysis on scrap, manufacturing supplies and floor stock items, with follow-up on root causes.
  • Provide detail freight analysis on both inbound by supplier and outbound by MSN
  • Support Product Line Controller and Senior Financial Analyst with ad-hoc requests for costing and profitability analysis by ship-set or product.  This can include freight, BOM cost, etc.
  • Provides cost support to cross functional areas as requested
  • Provide inventory forecasting for raw, wip and finished goods
  • Prepare Capex actual, forecast and budget tracking



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Experience working in a publicly reporting manufacturing company
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with and developing excel financial models
  • Process orientated with strong organizational skills - be able to interact and influence non-financial partners in Ops and Supply Chain
  • Detail oriented with ability to perform accurate, high volume data analysis
  • Knowlegde of LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma and standard costing principles
  • Experience working with Hyperion EPM suite (HFM, Essbase, Planning, FR, FDM, SmartView) an advantage
  • Experience working with JDE or other Oracle based ERP system, preferred
