As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Customer Account Administration Supervisor in our Refrigeration Products business located in Anaheim, CA.



Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Product Support, the successful candidate will supervise the administration of activities concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products or services. This seasoned-level position is also involved in developing specifications and requires analysis to balance the value of competing bids; guided by established policy with minimum supervision. 



Provide technical leadership and supervision to lower level Customer Account Administration employees.


Administers and coordinates assigned activities involving the acceptance, monitoring and performance of complex contracts and subcontracts between company and customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations and complex contract changes.


Reviews and analyzes contract documents to determine contractual obligations.


Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.


Provides necessary guidelines to a variety of line and staff levels regarding contract requirements.


Administers preparation and dissemination of information through the company regarding contract progress, status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.


Reviews and interprets governmental regulations and other procurement requirements.


Makes or participates in special studies, investigations or analyses and issues reports as required.


Performs other related duties as required.



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a four-year college or university with five to eight years’ experience in a customer administration function; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage own account base, as well as supervising others.
  • Ability to prepare and calculate P&L summary for proposal negotiation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and calculate price escalation
  • Proficient with  Microsoft Suite of Products



  • Previous Aerospace experience
  • Strong command of english language - written and verbal
  • Knowledge of JDE (helpful, but will train)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of personnel/management in various departments, as well as with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and calculate price escalation
  • Ability to scan documents, re-names them, and files electronically
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to provide direction to team members with customer issues
  • Able to make clear and concise customer presentations
