As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a HRIS Analyst in our Corporate Human Resources Team, located in Winston Salem, NC.


Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Technology your key accountability will be to provide professional assistance and support to maintain and enhance the SuccessFactors suite of applications to support business needs. You will be expected to apply technical principles, theories and concepts to your work and be able to work on moderately complex projects and issues. You will analyze company needs and work with vendors and/or programmers to design system specifications as and when needed. Implements and maintains specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record and process employee information. Recommends, implements and plans for improvements, enhancements and new applications to the system. Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making and revises all manuals, tables, code lists and documentation. May support several functional applications. Combines Human Resources knowledge with information retrieval skills.


  • Collaborate with fellow HRIS resources and internal customers.

  • Support global data, organizations, security, reporting/dashboards, designs, and structures.

  • Support global business process governance structures and required data and security audit processes.

  • Perform Level/Tier 3 support for SuccessFactors modules and HR systems when needed (shared with the other HRIS team members).

  • Support SuccessFactors Release planning and testing with fellow HRIS team members, key stakeholders and IT, as needed.

  • Perform other global system support duties as required during key HR process cycles: Performance and Development, Compensation, Succession Planning, etc.

  • Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.

  • Document processes and develop/deliver training for end users on SuccessFactors or other HR systems.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and/or improve quality in HR systems.

  • Serve as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for SuccessFactors.

  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for SuccessFactors, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends.

  • Project work as necessary to support business needs.

  • Any other reasonable duties.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 3 years of relevant experience. – or equivalent combination of formal education, on the job training, and/or work experience

  • Demonstrable experience in the following:

o Technically-savvy and detail-oriented

o Ability to navigate and understand HR software tools

o Familiarity with HR Systems, SuccessFactors preferred

o MS Office products

o Leading projects

o Partnering with HR and IT teams

  • Demonstrated track record of proactive problem solving / continuous improvement.

  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to dig into issues and to find appropriate resolutions. Be able to balance detailed questions with creative solutions. Research the available resources for solutions. Identify root cause of stakeholder complaints and ensure corrective preventative actions are effective.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization.

  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities in a fast paced, service oriented environment.


  • Demonstrable experience of supporting a SuccessFactors environment

  • Experience partnering with global HR and IT teams on process and system solutions.
