B/E Aerospace's Oak Plaza operations are comprised of the core enabling functions, including: Engineering, Research & Development, Program Management, Prodcut Support, Strategic Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Quality, FInance and Human Resources. Together these functional teams collaborate to help engineer the most innovative and highest quality main cabine conomy and premium aircraft seating for various customers around the globe.
As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Data Management Specialist in our Seating New Equipment *business located in *Winston-Salem, NC.
Coordinate and expedite data submittals from vendors.
Review data for completeness.
Manage and control data within programs.
Communicate data needs to other groups within B/E.
Enter data into data base system on approval.
Help compile B/E documents from vendor data.
Monitor and maintain visual boards by coordinating with ECE team.
Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Demonstrated ability to work in Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Pro.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Must be able to consistently following a data sourcing/entry process.
Demonstrate technical aptitude.
Associates degree in technical field or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
Previous experience working with Team Center or other Product Lifecycle Management software.
Analytic problem solving skill set.
