As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including the Product Support Engineer position Beijing, China.
OBJECTIVE :
Support large customer and its aftermarket customers with engineering requirements
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Product configuration management
* Primary Technical Support for internal and external customer
* Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support
* Support procurement for sourcing
* Manage the relationship between B/E CM and the customers engineering team
* Provide Expertise on customer-specific product for the aftermarket business
* Analysis of the product segment
* Find project opportunities and track them
* Utilize capacity and capability knowledge to identify best product for our business and for our customer
* Monitor engineering support activities and propose improvement plan(s)
* Support the supplier and provide product rationalization
* Resolves customer issues, identify and implement customer strategy for optimized productivity
* Embed TSE participation and support in inventory planning process by defining customer product strategy
* Perform technology and market watches
* Other duties and responsibilities as needed by the business and by the customer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of AIRBUS product and documentation
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, or a minimum of 5 years works experience in an equivalent position in the Aviation busines
* Must have strong project management skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* A minimum of 3 years experience in Consumables parts
* Good MS Office skills
* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and verbally
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales
