As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Project Coordinator in our Super First Class business located in Tucson, Arizona.


Reporting to Program Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and administrating the activities of product lines, projects and programs.


  • Assists Program Manager with developing integrated program schedule.

  • Maintains and updates integrated program schedule related to critical path, risk, mitigation plants, recovery actions while communicates the status of scheduled.

  • Prepares monthly financial status reports

  • Develops cost controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate program health and status.

  • Collects, interpret, and inputs data into the project control databases.

  • Reports progress against program objectives and accurately prepare data for forecast of program progress.

  • Provides and maintains program and project control reports.

  • Performs moderately complex financial / administrative reporting for programs.

  • Works with Program Managers to assist in developing and maintaining program control documentation and change cost proposals.

  • Supports development of policies and procedures for program execution.

  • Assists in designing program control requirements to increase business efficiencies, generates and analyses program metrics.

  • Interfaces with various integrated program teams on a daily basis.

  • May execute low-risk programs, single programs, multiple smaller programs, or a portion of much larger and complex programs.

  • Assists in the development of customer goodwill and confidence through regular and frequent direct communication

  • Participates in and supports integrated product teams including daily tag up, WIP boards or WAR sessions



  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience



  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year accredited university

  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing environment

  • Proven ability to work as a team and utilize strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to motivate others in a team environment

  • Excellent organizational, customer service, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point

  • Desire to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead projects to make improvements to processes, procedures, etc. through Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing
