Position Responsibilities
As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing and have a number or exciting positions available now.BE Aerospace's Commercial Aircraft Segment is seeking an energetic, self-starter to a Quality Engineer position with its Seating Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC. The Quality Engineer plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for manufacturing processes, materials and products by performing the following duties:

* Designs, installs, and continually evaluates complex quality assurance and/or control methods and systems where production involves the mechanical and electrical assembly ofcommercial aircraft seats.
* Develops systems and processes to ensure the continuing achievement of product that meets quality standards.
* Analyzes reports and on defective parts to determine quality trends and recommends corrective action.
* May participate in materials review activities to determine material disposition.
* Develops standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
* May assign work to inspectors and technicians.
* Reviews corrective actions recommended onaudit reports for adequacy and to maintain a continuing awareness of quality problems.
* Performs other related duties as required.
Position Responsibilities
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from four-year college or university; and minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must be able to solve problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
* Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Preferred knowledge of ISO/AS9100/9102 standards
* Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
* Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
