addressing routine customer requests, placing customer orders, quoting non-contract requirements, processing/facilitating RMAs and performing order expediting as necessary.\u00a0 The interfacing may include resolving strategic and tactical issues.\n\u00a0\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\u00a0\nThe incumbent will assist the Program Manager as requested:\n* Ensures the achievement of assigned financial and organizational goals by servicing and maintaining existing accounts while proactively developing new accounts through capitalization of sales opportunities.\n* Serves as the liaison between the customer and various internal Consumables Management departments and provides product/service information to customers to ensure they receive world-class service.\u00a0 This includes advising CM finance/accounting department of change in contract performance and audit of inventory levels and performance;
