Develops substantiation plans for a variety of projects including specific requirements for structural analysis, static testing and/or comparison to existing analysis.\nCoordinates with engineering, manufacturing and certification groups as well as the customer and regulatory agencies during the extent of a program.\nProvides technical leadership to a small group of temporarily assigned engineers and technicians.\nEnsures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints.\nParticipates in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering from four-year college or university; and minimumeight years related experience.\nNASTRAN, Patran or FEMAP working knowledge is required.
