Our Lenexa facility specializes the production of Oxygen Life Support Systems and Galley Inserts Beverage Maker Products. Our Oxygen and Beverage Maker small parts assembly manufacturing, focuses on safety and quality products production into the field for aircraft crew and passengers.

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Configuration Analyst in our Beverage Maker Products business located in Lenexa, Kansas.


Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Configuration Analyst will analyze engineering documents to ensure accurate document and product configuration. This candidate will perform a variety of tasks to maintain engineering document files and process engineering change requests.


  • Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Orders (ECO), drawings etc.], using "Agile CM" and "Team Center Engineering," for accuracy and correct product configuration.

  • Maintains Configuration Management data bases for operational visibility and measurement purposes

  • Ensures that master drawing files and history files are accurate and current, and that effective control is maintained over drawings and other document records.

  • Performs tasks as directed in supporting Engineering Change Board and Configuration Change Board meetings.

  • Supports engineering, procurement, manufacturing and marketing in defining and resolving configuration control issues.


  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of two years experience and/or training in configuration management in an aviation engineering environment.


  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, especially aerospace.

  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor market conditions.

  • Experience working in large organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce.

  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Desire to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead projects to make improvements to processes, procedures, etc.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders; Ability to build strong relationships.
