Summary
This position will provide support on long-term projects working across all business segments.  This role also supports litigation.

Responsibilities
* Fielding and responding to subpoenas across all business segments
* Performs e-discovery maintenance, including implementing stays, holds, and document review
* Assisting in global document retention policy implementation
* Auditing and ensuring compliance with existing corporate policies
* Assisting in internal investigations as required
* Reviews business practices and policies and advise management and personnel.
* Works with outside and other in-house counsel as required.
* Advises the Vice President-Law, General Counsel and Secretary and other members of executive management with respect to the duties and responsibilities outlined above.Performs other related duties as required.
 
Minimum Experience
* Juris Doctor from an accredited, top tier law school.
* Must be admitted to practice law by a State bar and be eligible to register as an Authorized House Counsel in the State of Florida.
* At least three to five years related experience as a litigation associate
* Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to provide top-quality, proactive, accurate and effective legal support in a fast moving environment.
* Ability to effectively work with management and other personnel

OBJECTIVE:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
* Assist in development of revenue forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a Sales requirements planning function
* Review historical sales trends, research revenue drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
* Participate in requirements and design meetings with business SME's to understand data, information, and reporting requirements
* Work with managers to ensure that data entry, retrieval, change and delete functions meet business requirements
* Assist in constructing monthly business analysis report for various sales and marketing  teams across the organization
* Assist in constructing, documenting, and maintaining ad hoc reports
* Assist in designing and constructing new reports and analysis on behalf of the Sales and Marketing group based on direct requirements gathering
* Assist in designing and developing Sales and Marketing reports
* Assist in enhancing sales reporting and forecasting through Essbase and advanced Excel VBA.  Microsoft Access knowledge a plus
* Create and Maintain provisioning details for Sales End Users as needed - End User support on technical and process issues
* Analysis and  Data Validation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.  Advanced level Excel and Powerpoint a must. Access and VBA preferred. 
* Minimum 2 years experience working within a Sales/ Finance Organization
* Essbase reporting/analysis tools experience preferred
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong communication (oral and written) skills, including the ability to effectively develop training modules
* Strong presentation skills
* Ability to build relationships (internal/external) and interact effectively with other departments

Immediate opening for Engineering Manager - Product Development:
 
Provides management review and control over multiple units of engineering work, including development of projects, structures, or processes as part of a major engineering program. This managerial position usually integrates several specialized areas of engineering to serve a particular business segment, or directs a single specialization serving several business units.
 
Manages one discipline over a range of products or processes, or a diverse range of engineering disciplines within subordinate units.
 
Focuses on managerial concerns of the project such as cost, completion date, and resource allocation; provides expert resolution of issues and monitors integration of work.
 
Reviews technical concepts of major projects.
 
Personally participates in solving particularly difficult technical problems.
 
Responsible for recruitment, performance reviews, and training needs.
Performs other related duties as required.
 
Manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervises nonexempt associates. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. May also directly supervise exempt and nonexempt associates. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
 
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals results in additional costs and personnel, and serious delays in overall schedules.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
 
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from four-year college or university; and minimum five years related experience and/or training. 
 
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

The planning and design of mechanical equipment; and the oversight of the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment.
Performs standard engineering assignments usually representing a significant portion of a larger project. Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations.

Participates as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment.
Directs preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
Provides technical leadership to a small group of temporarily assigned engineers and technicians.
Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints.
Participates in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.

Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.

Responsibilities

* Performs account reconciliation; troubleshoots and analyzes discrepancies.
* Performs routine reporting including daily invoice status reports from A/P automation system.
* Monitors and manages ongoing matters with suppliers as assigned by manager.
* Supports routine month end and quarter end activities including flux analysis and monthly RNV (received not vouchered) reporting.
* Act as a liaison between corporate Accounts Payable and B/E sites regarding RNV.
* Supports special projects as assigned.
* Performs other related duties as required.
 
Minimum Requirements
* Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
* Minimum of four years related experience and/or training.
* Basic understanding of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLookup and logic formulas.

Preferred Qualification
 
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
