As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Project Engineer in our Integration Engineering business located in Everett, WA.


Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Project Engineer will manage all aspects of a project from start to finish according to specifications, on time and within budget. Serve as liaison between engineering and other parties involved. Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, team members, suppliers and customers.


  • Requires an ability to perform and execute engineering functions, manipulate models, interpret principles, theories, and concepts of an engineering specialty in support of design, substantiation, and certification efforts.

  • Functions as part of the engineering management team managing multiple engineering disciplines and providing general engineering support on the project.

  • Works with the Engineering Manager to complete engineering tasks, and drive the planning and design efforts from inception through production both in new product design and in existing product redesign for the specified project.

  • Identifies and manages emergent project issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Serves as the primary technical contact point, both internal and external, within a specified project for all aspects of design and implementation.

  • Recommends engineering techniques to solve problems, engineer a product and make design recommendations and mentors team members as required

  • Performs standard assignments often requiring development of new or improved products/processes/techniques.

  • Assesses applicability, feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering tests/products/equipment to assigned project.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university.

  • Five (5) years related experience.


  • Previous Experience with Unigraphics (NX) highly desired.

  • Previous experience with 787 Modifications / Reconfiguration experience required.
