B/E Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwell Collins Inc., is a leading manufacturer of aircraft interior products and solutions.
As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Customer Service Representative in our Oxygen & PSU Systems business located in Everett, WA.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, a senior Customer Service Representative processes the most complex customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff.
Manages assigned accounts and related customer service responsibilities, including order management and customer relations.
Provides pricing, product availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
Handles order schedule change requests including expedites, push-outs and cancellations.
Submits credit re-issue request within established guidelines.
Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
Provides guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff.
Serves as liaison between customer service, planning, supply chain, engineering, program management, manufacturing staffs, and customer
Maintains performance metrics per guidelines.
Demonstrates a high level of product and process knowledge, and may handle multiple product markets.
Performs other related duties as required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and five-to-eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; be able to sort and filter data and use functions such as V-lookup and pivot table.
Previous experience working with MRP/ERP system
Experience with Exostar, a plus
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization
